Design:Gamers are tired of sequels. Sales of mobile
games in the last two years have receded slightly, and one of the reasons is the constant release of "follow up titles" from developers. The truth is, if a
games series is stretched out for too long, we quickly get tired of it. Publishers are starting to understand this, and some of them have already found a way out of this situation.
If I asked a person familiar with the racing series
"Asphalt", from mid 2007, and what part of the series they liked best, most likely they will say
"Asphalt 2". This
game was ideal, practically in all senses of this word. The good graphics, exciting
gameplay, and large quantity of new features.
Gameplay:Before its appearance, we asked, why is it named
"Asphalt 4: Elite Racing", and not
"Street Rules". Now the answer is clear, because in this series there are new kinds of cars. For the first time, players can test such powerful cars as the "Bugatti Veyron", "Ferrari F430 Spider", "Aston Martin DB5", and others.
The problem is the fact there's just not enough to keep us interested in the
game. After three successfully parts,
Asphalt game modes have become fairly boring, and the physics, in comparison with the third part, practically has not changed. Races with police here are not interesting: If during a race, there appears a patrol car, of course it will rush to catch up with you, but... It is easy to push it out from a line and receive money for this.
The graphics in the
game don't offer any special changes. Well designed animation, which is already familiar to us from the previous parts, now looks very old. If the developers had created the
game in 3D, it would be quite possible to speak about this with more appreciation.
Conclusion:"Asphalt 4: Elite Racing" leaves strange feelings: On one hand, distinctly you understand that this is a quality
game. But on the other hand, you can easily see that the developers could have done better, especially if they had corrected the
game process and added new modes. Despite this, from the bottom of the soul, I advise you to play this
game right up to the end!
